In an attempt to kickstart my fitness regime, I'm starting a two-week fitness programme with Bath bootcamp on Monday.

The hour-long, open-air sessions will take place three times a week at 6.30am, and they're designed to be a fun way to tone up, get fit and feel energised for the rest of the day (according to the blurb on the website!).

To be honest, getting out of bed at that time is going to be my biggest challenge.
