What to wear to a wedding

With summer upon us, and the invitations piling up, it’s time to get your wedding wardrobe sorted. Couples get married in a huge variety of locations, and what works for one setting won't necessarily be appropriate for another.

This week, we've selected five of our favourite Anusha wedding outfits, so you can be the best-dressed guest, no matter what kind of wedding you’re going to.

Summer trend: holiday edit

Summer is here (for this week, at least). Hurrah!

Anusha has always been known for its fabulous party and wedding guest dresses, but we’ve also got a beautiful range of easy-to-wear holiday dresses in cotton, silk and linen.

We’ve put together six of our favourite colour-coded summer looks to take you through the holiday season in style – all in stock and ready for despatch today.

After such a long period of dreary weather in the UK, we can’t wait to put on our summer sandals and bare our shoulders to the sun...

Evening walk

Last night we went for an evening walk along the canal in Bath. Hope this weather last a little longer...

Thanks Sheerluxe

Thanks to Sheerluxe for featuring our Dulce and Tallulah dresses in the May edition of their online magazine. Here's what they have to say:

"A statement dress is the fastest and easiest way to nail a trend-led look. There’s no need to root through your entire wardrobe in an attempt to find something which works with it, simply throw on your eye-catching frock and go.

"Team SL are current coveting these vintage-look kimono dresses from Anusha. Printed with this season’s floral motifs, they’re an easy, breezy option for summer. All you need are a pair of sandals and a cross-body bag to complete the look."

Countdown to D-Day

With two weeks to go before D-Day, my Indian grey dowry box has just been delivered this morning, and I love it! Been looking for a toy box for my bump for a while. I think this is just the ticket to hide some of the plastic baby paraphernalia that's been invading the house recently...

CoucouManou

CoucouManou is a gorgeous new website selling beautiful and original furniture and accessories, which has just been launched by a super-talented friend, Nell.
Nell has been making bespoke furniture for over 17 years, and she's designed the range of stunning pieces, which are suitable for both adults and children (the choice of paints, oils and waxes are strictly eco friendly, and 100% child safe. And everything they offer is designed and built in the UK).
Her love for colour can be seen throughout the collection and her knowledge of cabinet making is seen in every piece - here's a little bit of what's online.
The name CoucouManou derives from France, where Nell lived for several years. She chose it because Coucou means 'Hello' or 'Hi' in French, and Manou is an affectionate term for her daughter, Manon (seen peeping round the minaret wardrobe, below!).
